This object is an upper-floor villa within the green spaces of the Port Nature. Via the large terrace you can enter the combined living-bedroom of the apartment. Here you can find a stable double bed behind the partition. The room has a window as well, providing for perfect airing. In the living area you can find a dining set and the fully equipped kitchen. Although there is an additional sofa in the living area, the apartment is rented for just two persons. In the bathroom, there is a shower and a washstand with a large mirror. The toilet is separate, in the room next door. The terrace faces south and is half-roofed. It offers shadow as well as sufficient sun. Thanks to a glass windbreak people enjoying sunbathing can find their favourite place on the terrace even during the early time or at low season already. This villa is situated in a quiet, but central area! The distance to the beach is approx. 150 metres. This villa is non-smoking!
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
